Influencing the Commercial Landscape: Beyond residential ventures, my professional journey extended to the vibrant city of Seattle, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the urban fabric. The iconic 47-Story Mixed Use Double Tower, spanning 1.4 million sq ft with 1,048 units, stands as a testament to our dedication to urban transformation. Adding a touch of sophistication to the cityscape is the 45-Story Mixed Use Class A Tower, covering 696,000 sq ft and featuring 455 units. Noteworthy strategic decisions during value engineering efforts resulted in substantial savings, amounting to $10 million for the 45-Story tower.

In Jersey City, amidst the bustling cityscape, I successfully managed the construction of a groundbreaking 44-Story tower, boasting 448 contemporary apartment units, completed in 2018. This project exemplifies effective project management and seamless collaboration with a diverse team of consultants. Equally rewarding was overseeing the complete renovation of a 38-Story building spanning 59,000 sq ft, successfully accomplished in 2019. In both endeavors, my focus on seamless coordination, swift issue resolution, and adherence to established budgets was paramount.

As the Director of Design and Construction at Beckman Studio Design Build, I led commercial projects with a laser focus on effective communication and sustainable growth. My notable achievements include overseeing multiple complete renovations of luxury apartments in multiple high-rise buildings, delivering projects with meticulous attention to budgets and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
