Amidst the dynamic landscape of New York, I assumed the role of Project Manager, Architect, and Designer, overseeing the creation of residences that embody sophistication and luxury. The completion of a 12,000 sq ft Private Luxury Residence in the heart of Manhattan in 2020 stands as a testament to our team's commitment to thoughtful design seamlessly integrated with the client's vision.

Against the stunning backdrop of Seattle, I spearheaded the design and development of iconic residential structures. The 32-Story Residential Double Tower, a marvel spanning 606,000 sq ft with 506 units, is set to redefine city living upon its completion in 2024. The ambitious 47-Story Mixed Use Double Tower, covering 1.4 million sq ft with 1,048 units, promises a harmonious blend of luxury and functionality by 2025. Adding to the skyline, the 45-Story Mixed Use Class A Tower, encompassing 696,000 sq ft and 455 units, is poised to grace the cityscape with its distinctive presence in 2024.

In my dual roles as Project Manager and Designer, I play a pivotal part in crafting luxury residences and landmark structures. This includes the realization of a 30,000 sq ft Private Luxury Residence in South America 2012, and a meticulously designed 4,100 sq. ft. Private Luxury Residence in Malibu, completed in 2015. These projects, woven into the fabric of New York, London, Seattle, and California, exemplify a harmonious synthesis of design and functionality.
